Invisible Youth are happy to be resident company as well as working in partnership with the fabulous Felix Road Adventure Playground in Easton. We offer free, open access circus workshops to Playground users and their families. Invisible Youth was formed as a result of a strong relationship between this Playground and the Circus and we are happy to have worked here for over three years and helped the Playground live, thrive and survive despite threats of closure. We will continue to support and create in this incredible place, as it is the reason for the existence and the life blood of our Social Circus Project.

Felix Family Fund-raising Fayre, 11th April 2015

Last year Invisible Youth and the Playground were successful in receiving funding to deliver a week-long free circus project in the 2015 Easter holidays. The final show created was performed at The Felix Family Fund-raising Fayre on Saturday 11th April. This was in the style of an English Multicultural Spring Fayre, and featured stalls and sideshows created and run by the young people at the Playground, as well as market stalls, games, a barn dance, a set from the fabulous Kid Carpet, home-cooked food and non alcoholic drinks, featuring the pedal powered smoothie maker and much more.

The Fayre was a roaring success and we hope to repeat it every year.

We frequently run longer, free circus projects at Felix Road Adventure Playground. Over three to five days, we develop our skills, make new friends and perform original shows devised by the young people on the final day. We run Halloween and Winter Solstice Show-Making Projects, helped by Playground  play-workers and artists who make fantastic costumes for the performers. These are often topped off by a fire show from our tutors and giant seasonal fire sculpture.
