Since 1996 The Invisible Circus have been bringing circus and theatre to communities across the globe. Now rooted in Bristol, we’re known for transforming disused spaces into artistic melting pots, producing site specific wonders and developing acts of creative revolution in response to societal and environmental happenings.
Our Future
After a decade of building our home at Unit 15 Creation Space, local city development plans mean that The Invisible Circus are now sadly (yet somewhat inevitably) in search of a new home. Despite the huge loss this brings for us, our circus community and the local cultural landscape as a whole, we are embracing change with positivity and taking this as an opportunity to step bravely and creatively into the next era…
Our Offerings
Outside of our in-house productions we have various packages available to book for your own event, venue or local area.
From Weekend of Wonders, bringing vibrant street theatre, circus workshops and interactive walkabouts to outdoor spaces, to Hidden Stories, which deeply researches and celebrates the unique histories of a particular location, and shares stories through live interactive characters, audio tours and visual projections; our packages can be shaped to respond to your site and suit your desires! Additionally we offer performance packages for events.
